Our team have the enhanced DBS police checks to make sure that our customers are cared for in the right way.
Continuity of care
You can have a regular appointment with the same gardener, on the same day, at the same time on a regular basis. You get to know them and they get to know exactly how you like your garden to be cared for.

Our administration staff, based in the Tyrells Centre (an Essex County Council building) are always available for help or advise, to book or change an appointment and to make sure that your garden is being looked after properly.

FREE added extras
If your property is unoccupied let us know and we can arrange for a gardener with petrol equipment to call so there is no need for access to a power source - there is no additional charge for petrol, we cover that cost for you.
Many of our customers are elderly or disabled and we're experienced and able to deal with any additional needs that they may have in a sensitive and supportive way including mobility issues, altzeimers and other memory issues. For those that are unable to deal with payment direct to the gardener at the time of the visit we can arrange for relative or personal assistant to manage payment on their behalf and provide a receipt for payment received.
